The bliss program
Enjoy daily yoga (2 times a day): Antar & Hilary will share the daily yoga lessons, so you will practice traditional hatha yoga and breath-based vinyasa styles. In addition, we will be sharing more depth around seldom offered integrative practices to awaken your senses, with pranayama, meditation, writing, contemplate, walk, sing or even dance – in some form each day. Silence will be requested at specific moments each week to let you soak into yourself. Once a week we will take an (optional) excursion to sites around Rishikesh.
